Being Famous

I do not believe that I would like to be a celebrity. I would like to have the money, the cars, the houses, but not the fame. With the fame comes stalkers, media, news reporters, etc. I hear stories on the T.V. all the time about the actors or actresses and what kind of drama there are in. Or even all the terrible things they write about you, or the horrible pictures they find to put in the tabliods. The life must be very annoying because you can not just get in the car and go, there is usually someone watching.

Decorating

Decorating is one of my all time favorite activity. I have always had this interest once I started cleaning my own room as a child. All of my places that I ever lived were neatly decorated. In fact my mom gave me the nick name "Nancy Neat". Along with decorating is of course shopping and craftiness, which I am also great at doing as well. It's getting more difficult to do with three kids, but I still try my best to keep a clean house. I do have to admit I try to keep things looking like a magazine as much as possible (with some exceptions). I actually start to get irritated most of the time if to much stuff is out of order.

Body Art

Body art which consisits of tattoos and piercings have many mixed feelings among the people. Lots of people get them and many do not because of a religious belief. I have my ears peirced and that is it, but I kind of do want to get a tattoo. I have not given it to much thought though because in the bible it says not to alter your body. My hubby feels the same way about this situation, although just last night we were talking about we both wan to get one. So who knows what the future holds!

cultural background

My cultural background is consists of Irish, Indian, Jewish and English. The Irish and Indian is from my fathers side of the family, and the Jewish and English is from my mothers side. I do not know that I can actually identify myself to any particular culture. I get along with every nationality. Up until a few months ago, I never new about my mothers side. She says her parents never spoke of those kinds of things. My sisters and myself always just assumed that we were Irish and Indian. My father as well never really spoke of his nationalities either. Sorry, I don't really have much to say about it, but It just never really came up in our family.
